About Georgia:

A New York-born and London-based independent contemporary art curator, Georgia has a focus on urbanism, artists’ film and sound, and collectivity. She completed an MA in Curating Contemporary Art at the Royal College of Art in 2015, studying psychogeographic practice with a final exhibition focusing on the digital and the unknown in contemporary art. She also holds a BA in Art History from Bard College from 2008. As an independent curator she has produced projects at venues including the Palais de Tokyo (FR), Museum of Modern Art Oxford (UK), ARoS (DK), Struer Tracks (DK), Elsewhere (USA), and Flux Factory (USA). Georgia has worked in a variety of galleries, pop-ups, museums, and theaters, and from 2008-2013, she was Press Writer & Curatorial Fellow of the artists’ residency and collective Flux Factory in New York. She has been an active member of the international feminist radio art group Shortwave Collective since 2020.

Some of the projects and residencies Georgia has worked on lately include the New Futures Exchange with Flux Factory in Armenia (2025); Yarmonics in Great Yarmouth, UK (2024-2025); Styria Artist-in-Residence (S.T.A.i.R.) Scholarship in Graz, Austria (August - September 2022); CEC Arts Link in Kazakhstan (June 2022); Goethe-Institut/Click in Sofia, Bulgaria (November 2019); the Al Ma’mal Foundation in Jerusalem (July 2019); and the International Curatorial Residency at the Fire Station in Dublin (January 2018).
